Warranty: To be effective
this product must be used in accordance with the instructions. Failure
to follow the instructions will void all warranties. Specifically, it
must be attached to studs and to solid wood surfaces on the furniture.
Some furniture is made from particle board, please consult the furniture
manufacturer or seller for construction details.
The Anti-Tip Kit helps keep items from tipping over. It does not help
to secure drawers from sliding out or objects from sliding off tops of
furniture. Consumer assumes all responsibility for product use and any
risks or damage. Neither seller or manufacturer will be liable for injury,
loss or damage from inappropriate installation of Anti-Tip Kit. Hangman
is warranted against defects. Hangman Products will replace any broken
or defective unit. No other warranties are offered or implied
